Yoga
Our Yoga Classes focus on stress relief and increased awareness of body, mind and spirit - instructed by a certified yoga specialist. Classes offered at AWAKEN range from chair yoga to much more challenging forms. Choose how intense of an experience you'd like to have. Yoga is often recommended by our doctors as a component of their recovery from injury or as part of their wellness care post-treatment.

SLOW FLOW
Where the pace of the class is more meditative,
emphasizing a peaceful calmness in mind and body.
Poses tend to be held longer, while concentrating on
breathing techniques and smooth transitions.
CHAIR YOGA
Increases an individual's flexibility, circulation, strength, balance and lung capacity all while stretching... ending with relaxation techniques.
